  • Found a few properties you like and can’t inspect them yourself? Our consultants will attend inspections of these properties on your behalf, providing you with photographs, videos, measurements, and all other information you won't be able to see from the advertisement (such as construction noise and traffic).

    We have packages of three inspections available for this service. This service is our most basic package, and does not include research or guidance on where to live, mediation with the agent, assistance with the application and Entry Condition Report, or connection of utilities. Our inspection-only service is best suited for those who have lived in their destination city before, know exactly where they would live to live, and are now moving back.

    We also offer a Rentar Application service for additional cost, where we will fill out all the paperwork, collate all the documentation and submit the application on your behalf – all you need to do is say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to each property.

  • Our consultants will work one-on-one with you to source and secure your ideal property, taking into consideration your budget, lifestyle preferences, commute to work, access to transport and facilities, school catchment zones, and any other specific requirements you may have.

    We maintain strong working relationships with local real estate agents to ensure we are kept up-to-date with the latest listings and are given early access to properties which are yet to be marketed. We will also mediate with agents on your behalf to give you the best possible chance of securing the property you want.

    Based on your own unique requirements, your consultant will create a shortlist of properties which might be suitable for you. Your consultant will discuss the different options available to you via Whatsapp and provide important information about the property including accessibility to public transport, local amenities and schools. Through this discussion, together you will produce a shortlist of suitable properties. Your consultant will then attend inspections of up to eight of these properties on your behalf, providing you with photographs, videos, measurements, and all other information you won't be able to see from the advertisement (such as construction noise and traffic).

    From here your consultant will advise you on how to submit your application, including the relevant documentation, 100 points of ID and evidence of income. Your consultant will also advise you on how to put your best foot forward and increase your chances of being approved - something that is crucial in the current property market.

    Your consultant will then mediate with the agent on your behalf, ensure they have received the application and all documentation they require and have passed it on to the landlord. Once approved, your consultant will check your lease agreement, assist you on how to complete the Entry Condition Report and the property handover. We will also arrange to have your utilities connected for the day you move in.

  • Already in your destination city and have been inspecting and/or applying for properties with no luck? With our Rental Application service, we will collate all your documentation and put together and submit a bullet-proof rental application, giving you the best possible chance of securing your ideal property.

    This service is for application only and does not include research of properties, arranging an inspection itinerary, attendance of inspections or mediation with real estate agents.

  • Property styling by our in-house interior designer aimed to enhance the visual appeal and comfort of your new place, so it truly feels like a home. Our designer will take into consideration your budget, individual tastes and personal considerations, as well as the property layout to strategically decorate and furnish the interiors, creating a welcoming and stylish ambiance. Your designer will also take into account delivery time periods for new furniture to ensure that your new home is beautifully furnished for your arrival date in Australia. We can also arrange for the purchase and delivery of appliances so they are ready for you in your new home.

  • When you relocate to Australia, your children will be lucky enough to have access to our world-renowned education system. With so much choice, choosing the right school for your child can be confusing. Your relocation consultant can guide you through the school-selection process by offering expert advice based on your individual child's academic, extra-curricular and language requirements. Certain schools (such as private schools) may have limited availability or may have a preference for students from a particular catchment area. Your relocation consultant can discuss the best options to suit your child's individual circumstances with you, shortlist schools, accompany you to school inspections and interviews, and assist you with the enrolment process, helping you give your child the best possible start in life.

  • If you’re uncertain about where you want to live, our local area orientation service is ideal for you. You'll spend an enjoyable day with your consultant visiting various suburbs, inspecting a few properties, discussing schooling options, and checking out transport options. You'll get to discover the best beaches and leisure facilities and of course, where to get that coffee hit. This allows you to quickly narrow down suburbs of best fit, enabling a more effective home search and a smoother transition.

  • There's nothing worse than moving to a completely new city and getting lost and frustrated. Our consultants will curate a personalised guide to your new suburb, tailored specifically to you and your new home, allowing you to settle yourself in quickly and begin to feel like a local. This guide will cover everything from how to get to work from your new home via public transport, where the local schools are and which school bus your children need to take, where to shop for groceries, where the local gyms and recreational facilities are, and where to find a doctors or hospital. Additionally, we'll give you a guide to the best outdoor walking tracks or beaches near you, so you can enjoy the best of what our beautiful country has to offer.

  • We can arrange removals and provide you with multiple independent quotes to ensure you receive a competitive price. We'll also make sure the removalist service providers have your current address, new address, and all details they need to ensure your move is a success. Please note this price does not include the cost of the removal service.

  • If you require temporary accommodation while you secure a property, or just for a night or two until your furniture arrives, we can arrange this for you at a competitive rate with our accommodation partners. Rates provided to you are direct and non-commissionable which means you get the lowest possible rate. We will also manage all areas of the booking including all changes and any issues that may arise. Please note this does not include the cost of the accommodation.

  • We understand there may be a need for some ad hoc services that don't fall within the scope of the above services. Where we can, we will assist and charge by the hour.

How it works:

  • Step One

    Submit your enquiry for your relocation here.

    We will be in touch with you to discuss your needs and send you a proposal.

  • Step Two

    If you’re happy to proceed, we will arrange a Discovery Call, to further discuss how we can best assist you and answer any questions you may have. We take the time to truly listen to queries or concerns you have about your relocation, so we can curate a personalised package just for you.

    We will also discuss your situation, what you’re looking for in your ideal property and get to know you better so we can find the right fit for your lifestyle.

  • Step Three

    You will be sent a contract outlining the services included in your personalised package and a quote. To proceed with the service, simply sign the contract and pay the deposit. You will then be assigned to a relocation consultant who will assist you throughout the entire process.

  • Step Four

    Complete your Housing Preferences and Needs Assessments forms and submit these to your consultant. You will also receive a Relocation Information Package with everything you need to know about moving to Australia. Your consultant will then work one-on-one with you to secure your ideal home, and all other aspects of your relocation you need assistance with to make your move to Australia as seamless and stress-free as possible.
