Rental

• Intensive research based on Company and or clients requests
• Contact with Real Estate agents in designated areas
• Viewings of houses that meet given criteria with or without client
• Emails and updates to client on properties being sourced
• Submission of application(s)
• Lease negotiation and finalisation for occupancy (Rental)
• Assist with utility connections

Settling in Service

• Follow up after commencement of the lease to ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure utilities connected
• Liaise with Real estate agents regarding any issues on Condition report
• Provision of information regarding local area and services eg rubbish removal days

Rental Furniture

As part of our services Relocation Services Australia are able to rent or purchase furniture to suit the requirements of the client. Furniture packages are then installed and made up in readiness for the Clients arrival.

Purchase

RSA will research, shortlist and view properties for purchase, but will not enter into nor provide advice on any Commercial aspect of purchasing a property including Auctions. RSA will introduce the relocatee to Real Estate agents and provide a list of service providers specialising in commercial transactions for property purchase.
